A stylish house in the countryside for rent.
The living area is on the ground and first floor, there is a small basement too.
On the ground floor: kitchen, open living room with the dining room, separate toilet, study (an office/library). On the mezzanine there is a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. The first floor consists of four rooms (including the master bedroom), a bathroom with a hot tub bath, separate toilet and a spacious walk-in wardrobe. Additional utility rooms in the house are the insulated attic and the laundry room in the basement.

The plot (garden) has 20 acres and several zones can be distinguished. First, the relax zone with a swimming pool (with a cover), BBQ place with enough space for a big table, small orchard and herb beds. There is also a big garage for two cars, a small one (for storage or motorcycles) and a workshop.

The house is situated in a picturesque valley with a view on the mountains. It takes only 40 minutes of driving to get to Kraków.

Technical information:
The house has a photovoltaic installation, solar heating system for utility water and a heat pump for the water in the swimming pool.
Heating in the house: central heating based on heating oil or a fireplace (with an installation that distributes the heat to all the rooms). Monthly house maintenance charges are low.
